THE COMPANY Chris Dunk Mr. Dunk is the President and Founder of CDCS. He conceptualized the business and the first product offering, The Shopping Line. He has been the prime factor in the financing, management and sales of the business to date. Mr. Dunk graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1980 with a BA in Political Economics. Rick Edwards Mr. Edwards is a Partner and Co-Founder in CDCS. His investment firm, Amsted, provides capital for growth financing, recapitalization and leveraged buyouts. He acts as a principal in these transactions. Amsted has been involved in transactions valued at over 700 million dollars during the last 10 years. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Economics. He received his MBA from the University of Oregon and he is a CPA.
