CDCS is a telecommunications company providing interactive telecommunications solutions to shopping centers.
CDCS's primary offering, The Shopping Line, is an IVR application designed specifically to answer all the incoming
telephone calls a regional mall receives. The Shopping Line has a host of features that enable mall management
companies to more efficiently deal with these shopping inquiries and provide callers with the information they desire.
Currently, The Shopping Line is installed in 490 malls nationwide. In 2006, The Shopping Line network answered
20 million calls for our customers. Founded in 1995, CDCS has become the dominant IVR service provider
throughout the mall management business.
